Name, phone, email, password (hashed), preferred language.
Addresses and service locations (home, business, estate/HOA).
Estate/business admin details where relevant.
B. Service & Content You Provide
Booking details, pickup notes, access instructions (gate codes, guard contacts).
Item photos/videos for bulk/e-waste verification.
Ratings, reviews, survey responses, support tickets, and call/chat recordings (where lawful and disclosed).
C. Payment & Transactions
Billing address, invoices, receipts, refunds, promo/credit usage.
We do not store full card numbers; our payment processors store tokenized details.
D. Device, Cookies & Usage
IP address, device IDs, OS, app version, crash logs, performance data.

Photos captured by Providers to confirm service completion and compliance.

Estates/HOAs or businesses may share unit lists for coordinated service.
Public or third-party sources for fraud prevention and address validation.
Children: Konza is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect their data.
We process your data to deliver and improve Konza safely and lawfully.
A. Provide the Service
Create/manage accounts; schedule pickups; calculate ETAs; match you with Providers; show status; generate receipts.
Manage subscriptions, deposits, bin/equipment assignments, Recycling Points.
B. Payments & Operations
Process payments, credits/refunds; detect & prevent fraud/abuse; resolve disputes; run customer support.
C. Safety, Compliance & Quality
Verify users/Providers; enforce item restrictions; investigate incidents; maintain service quality and training.
D. Improve & Personalize
Analytics, A/B tests, forecasting, route optimization, feature development.
Tailor suggestions (e.g., recommended add-ons, best pickup windows).
E. Communications
Transactional messages (confirmations, ETAs, receipts, reminders).
Service announcements and, where you consent, marketing/newsletters (opt-out anytime).
F. Reporting
Provide estates/businesses with operational reports they contract us to deliver (e.g., diversion rates, visit logs).
Produce anonymized environmental impact statistics.
G. Retention
Keep data while your account is active and as needed for tax, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Typical guide: transactional/financial records up to 7 years; location/telemetry and logs for shorter, operational periods unless required longer for safety/legal reasons.
We never sell your personal information for money. We share it only to run Konza, obey the law, or with your consent.
A. Service Fulfillment
Providers/Collectors: address, notes, photos relevant to the job, phone (masked where available), and scheduling data.
Estate/Business Admins: reports per contract (household lists, service status, aggregated recycling metrics).
B. Service Partners (Processors)
Payments, cloud hosting, SMS/email/push, mapping & navigation, analytics, customer support tools, KYC/ID, content moderation. These partners process data under contract and only for our purposes.
C. Legal & Safety
Lawful requests from authorities; to protect users, staff, and the public; to enforce our Terms; to detect/prevent fraud or prohibited waste disposal.
D. Business Transfers
In a merger, sale, or reorganization, information may transfer under the same or stronger protections.
E. Public Content & Aggregation
Reviews/ratings you post may be public.
We may share de-identified/aggregated insights (e.g., diversion rates) that do not identify individuals.
No third-party marketing: We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own marketing without your explicit consent.

A. Manage Your Account
View/update profile, addresses, payment token, preferences.
Download receipts; request account deletion (subject to legal retention).
B. Permissions
Location: precise/approximate can be enabled/disabled; some features need it (ETAs, route matching).
Camera/Photos: only when you upload item images.
Notifications: control SMS, email, and push. Transactional messages may still be sent.
C. Cookies & Analytics
Use our cookie banner/settings to accept/decline non-essential cookies.
Turning off certain cookies may limit features.
D. Marketing Preferences
Opt in/out of newsletters and promotions anytime. Loyalty notifications can be managed in-app.
E. Rights Requests (where applicable)
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection to processing.
Submit requests via the app or privacy@konza.app (or the contact listed in your region). We’ll verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
F. Providers’ Controls
Go online/offline; location tracking occurs only while on duty (or as required for safety/compliance).
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate; tokenized payments.
Role-based access, staff training, multi-factor authentication for sensitive systems, audit logs.
Secure development practices, backups, and incident response procedures.
Vendor due diligence and data processing agreements with partners.
Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a significant incident, we’ll notify you and authorities as required.
International transfers (where used) rely on recognized safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We’ll post the Effective Date at the top and, if changes are material, we’ll notify you by email, in-app notice, or banner.
Continued use of Konza after the Effective Date means you accept the updated Policy.
If changes affect consented processing (e.g., marketing), we’ll seek your consent again where required.
